Job Description
Customer facing to CE, GAMA, Retail team, shape new business demands, collect business requirements, transfer business requirements into process flows, diagrams, and IT requirements.
Lead in process design and influence business during requirements gathering to ensure decisions lead to a solution that represents business needs.
Collaborate with IT product teams and global IT to recommend feasible IT solutions to fulfill business needs, drive business productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, and outcome.
Participates in the design and development of technical solutions to ensure that business requirements are satisfied.
Project management related to business analysis activities.
Adopt the agile Based approach through Scrum, MVP and Kankan related agile project management methodology.
End to End Project life cycle mgmt., from Project initialization, Operation Transition, Project Go-live and Hypercare.
Manage cross-project escalations, issues, risks, and dependencies.
Manage project budget and schedule.
Provide effort estimates and guidance for associated development work in the portfolio.
