Dentist
Fulton State Hospital has an opening for a Dentist, with the flexibility to work Full-Time, Part-Time, or on a Contract Basis. This position requires the dentist to oversee the oral health of an adult, inpatient population of persons who have severe mental di sorders. Further, this position requires the dentist to provide preventive and comprehensive treatment applicable with dental procedures done in the General Practice of Dentistry.
This person will work along with a professional health-care staff comprised of internists, family physicians, psychiatrists and nurses. For those who work either Full-Time (i.e., 40-hours per week) or Part-Time (i.e., 20-30 hours per week) as employees of the Missouri Department of Mental Health, Missouri State Employee Benefits are available. For those who work on a Contract Basis, Missouri State Employee Benefits are unavailable, but a commensurately higher hourly rate applies. Full time salary is based on experience.
