We are looking for a Handy Man to join our team and help maintain our properties. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and other general maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise, and will be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors. We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual who is able to work independently and take initiative when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other related fields.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems quickly and accurately.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
