In this role, you’ll help support our mission by directly handling end users' questions and concerns in regards to the customer experience and product support via phone, chat and email. BrightDrop advisors will handle calls for both vehicles and products answering calls related to service dispatch, Center of Learning, warranty claims, BrightDrop software support , recall information and general product support. In order to successfully assist customers in this role, the proper candidate will require phone manners, attention to detail and ability to accurately document and record customer/client information and understanding of customer questions and needs.

You will interact with the advisor team in a virtual setting. Calls will be handled on an individual basis. Role is 100% remote work.
