Qualification/Requirement: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent. • Well versed in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin (are able to speak, write & read) is preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking suppliers, clients or shareholders. • Possess valid D license & own transport. • Mature, customer oriented, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn. • Possess the flexibility to outstation when required. • Willing to work at Lok Kawi area. Job Description: 1. Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations. 2. Assist in order processing, documentation and delivery clerical and administration support to platform. 3. Handle complaints and return goods, promotion enquiries, product information enquiry, pricing enquiries etc. 4. Locate products, check stock availability, arrange collection and delivery. 5. Rotate to different departments and participating in daily operations as required. To learn all company functions, policies, and staff duties in order to contribute to strategic planning and help evaluate employee and department performance. 6. Providing support to various departments of the organization. 7. Require to liaise with variety level of staff or management. 8. Follow all company safety codes, rules and regulations. 9. Prepare documents, update records and prepare reports if required. 10. Performs other related duties as assigned by superior/ management.
