We are seeking a versatile and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This position offers a unique blend of remote work flexibility and occasional travel requirements. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, handle various tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our organization. As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with different departments and individuals, ensuring seamless communication, coordinating tasks, and managing administrative duties effectively.

Please note this is a full-time position of 40 hours weekly, Monday- Friday from 9:30 AM – 6 PM with one possible Saturday from 9 AM -1 PM if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote administrative support by managing correspondence, answering emails, and maintaining electronic records and files.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external documents, reports, and presentations using appropriate digital tools and platforms.
- Assist in organizing virtual meetings and webinars, ensuring technical setup, troubleshooting, and providing support during sessions.
- Travel to various locations as needed (approximately 30% of the time) to provide on-site administrative support, attend meetings, and assist with special projects.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather, compile, and analyze data, assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Conduct basic research and compile information remotely to support decision-making processes and special projects.
- Assist in managing and updating databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the organization of company events, workshops, and conferences, both remotely and on-site as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, directing individuals to the appropriate contact, and maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently both remotely and in person.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel sometimes on short notice, and to work outside regular office hours as needed.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable Transportation and a Valid Driver’s License
